Development Associate (entry-level) (New Lenox, IL)

Trinity Services is offering an entry-level position for a highly-motivated, creative and organized creative self-starter to coordinate fundraising events, direct mail appeals, participate in community activities, and other duties as assigned. Be a part of a cohesive team where every day is an opportunity for something different and creativity, positivity, and initiative is encouraged.


Qualified candidates must possess: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or public relations; excellent written and oral communication skills; a keen eye for detail; strong analytical and problem solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. This position requires the management of multiple projects simultaneously, working independently, and as part of a team. Candidates must therefore excel at organizing and prioritizing work.


In addition to fundraising events, additional duties include maintaining a presence within the community, public speaking, development of some marketing materials, and social media.


M-F 8:30-5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends).
