Trinity Services Achieves the Highest Accreditation from the Council on Quality and Leadership

CHICAGO, IL - The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), a leader in working with human service organizations in North America, announced that Trinity Services had once again achieved its highest accreditation, Person-Centered Excellence Accreditation, with Distinction. This four-year accreditation recognizes that Trinity Services is among an elite group of organizations that exemplify excellence in its services and support. Trinity Services is one of only nine organizations receiving the With Distinction designation. Trinity has earned the highest recognition from CQL every year since 1992.
“The With Distinction designation goes well beyond the standards included in CQL’s other accreditation options,” explained Mary Kay Rizzolo, CQL President and Chief Executive Officer. “From the eligibility conditions to evidence of the organization’s positive community impact, requirements involving CQL Certification in the Personal Outcome Measures®, and utilization of an integrated quality management system – we recognize that this type of accreditation is extraordinarily demanding.”
Since CQL announced the With Distinction designation in 2015, Trinity Services has earned Person-Centered Excellence Accreditation, with Distinction, each time. “I am truly grateful for the extraordinary efforts of our amazing staff during our recent CQL accreditation process,” said Thane Dykstra, Ph.D., President and CEO of Trinity Services. “The incredible dedication and hard work paid off, proving once again that Trinity Services delivers on its mission: to provide the highest quality, person-directed services and support to people with disabilities and mental health needs so they may flourish and lead full and abundant lives.”
