Chamber Names Trinity Partner of the Year!
On Thursday evening, February 26, 2026, the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards dinner at the Thomas E. Hartung American Legion Post 1977 in New Lenox, Illinois. The event honors annual award winners for Business, Partner, and Citizen of the Year.
This year, the Chamber honored Trinity Services, Inc. as their Partner of the Year. Emily Johnson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce. Emily has been a member of the New Lenox community since 2012 and has been with the Chamber since February 2014.
Johnson congratulated Trinity on their 75 Anniversary and their unwavering commitment to provide person-directed services and support to people with disabilities and mental health concerns so they may flourish and lead full and abundant lives. “I am very honored to work with Trinity Services,” said Johnson. “They not only provide essential services to our community and throughout the State of Illinois, but they are always ready and willing to support the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce and the Village of New Lenox.” Johnson cited Trinity’s successful local area annual events, including the Tom O’Reilly Memorial Golf Classic, the Trinity Triumph 5K Walk and Run, and the Better Together Dinner Dance and Auction, as well as their participation in Christmas in the Commons holiday event.
Thane Dykstra, President and Chief Executive officer, accepted the award on behalf of Trinity Services. “Trinity is very fortunate to work with the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce and with Mayor Tim Baldermann and the Village of New Lenox,” said Dykstra. “We want to thank everyone for helping create such an important and lasting partnership that helps so many in our community.”
