Trinity Receives a Very Generous Donation!
MOKENA, IL – On Thursday, May 7, 2026, Lester Nelson, the store manager for Berkot’s Super Foods in Mokena, presented a check to Trinity Services for $5,000.00. Sherry Ladislas, Director of Development, accepted the substantial donation for Trinity Services.
“We are so grateful to Berkot’s Super Foods in Mokena for such a marvelous gift,” said Ladislas. “Berkot’s has been a proud sponsor of Trinity Services for many years.”
The generous contribution was part of Berkot’s Round-Up for Charity program, that allows customers to round up their purchase total to the nearest dollar at checkout, with the spare change donated to local charities and organizations. The initiative supports various causes, including food pantries and community organizations like Trinity Services.
“Berkot’s Super Foods is pleased to support Trinity Services and the great work they do to provide services and support to people with disabilities and mental health needs,” said Nelson. “We really appreciate our customers pitching in. It’s amazing how quickly spare change adds up!”
