Trinity Celebrates Team Leaders!
NEW LENOX, IL – On Friday, July 24, 2026, Trinity Services will celebrate Team Leader staff members with “Team Leader Appreciation Day”, an observance initiated by Trinity in 2025.
“We want to be sure our Team Leaders are recognized every year for the indispensable work they do to help people with disabilities and mental health needs flourish,” said Carly Bagnuolo, Network Director for Trinity Northwest. “The day of our annual celebration is 7/24, to recognize the fact that Team Leaders work 24/7.”
At Trinity Services, a Team Leader—sometimes referred to as Case Manager—guides Community Support Teams in delivering person-centered care to individuals with disabilities or mental illnesses. Responsibilities include developing support plans, ensuring state compliance, coordinating health and financial needs, and mentoring Independent Living Coaches.
"Team Leaders provide the necessary support that Independent Living Coaches need to be successful," said Jen Russell, Staff Development Coordinator. "We are grateful for their tireless efforts."
This year, all Trinity Team Leaders receive a special hoodie and a deck of cards imprinted with the “Game Changers” logo. The logo signifies the essential work done by Team Leaders and other Network staff.
“We appreciate the incredible work that our Team Leaders do,” said Thane Dykstra, President and CEO of Trinity Services. “They truly make a difference every single day.”
