DEI Committee Logo

Trinity Services is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity.  We are committed to connectedness.  We are all able to grow and learn better together with a diverse team of employees.  The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, self-expression, and talent that our employees bring to the workplace contributes to our culture.

Trinity is currently looking for staff members who are interested and motivated to participate in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

What is DEI?

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is a term used to describe policies and programs that promote the representation of participation of different groups of individuals, including people of different ages, races and ethnicities, abilities and disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientations.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is not just a phrase.

  • Diversity is the presence of differences that enrich our workplace.  Some examples of diversity may include race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language, (dis) ability, age, religious commitment, or political perspective in our workplace.  There are many more.
  • Equity is ensuring that access, resources, and opportunities are provided for all to succeed and grow, especially for those who are underrepresented and have been historically disadvantaged.
  • Inclusion is a workplace culture that is welcoming to all people regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, age, abilities, and religion.  A workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and able to reach their full potential.
