Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Kimberly leads Network 10, which provides residential and ICF services. She has been part of Trinity Services since 2023, and previously served as an Associate Director.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in social work from Northeastern State University and a nursing home licensure for the State of Illinois.
Kimberly lives in Belvidere, Illinois, with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.
