Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Stephanie has dedicated her career to the field of social services since 1996, bringing extensive experience in substance use counseling, residential services, domestic violence programs, mental health counseling, and psychosocial rehabilitation. She joined Trinity in 2001 and has served in numerous leadership roles across the organization, including Chief Program Officer, Network Director of Residential and Community Services, Director of Outpatient Counseling, Network Associate Director, Employment Coordinator, and Job Developer.
As Chief Program Officer, Stephanie provides executive oversight for Trinity's residential, community day services, behavioral health, assistive technology, admissions, and other community-based service divisions. She partners with Network Directors throughout the organization to ensure high standards of program quality, operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and person-centered service delivery across all program locations.
Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that individuals thrive in environments where they are supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. Guided by strengths-based leadership principles and a commitment to resilience and professional development, she is passionate about cultivating future leaders and fostering organizational cultures that promote engagement, retention, excellence in performance, and meaningful outcomes for those served.
