Trinity Services' leadership staff, also referred to as the Executive Committee, provide direction and support to the Trinity community. Leadership staff members meet once a week to keep the organization closely interconnected and ensure its mission is consistently carried out.

Since 2019, Stephanie has overseen Network 6 which includes Trinity’s Community Day Services, also known as day programs, as well as its school, home-based supports, respite services, Career Access Network, The Branch: Well-Being and Enrichment Center, Petals & Twigs gift shop, All Area Custom Designs, STRIDES (equestrian center), and PACE transportation services.

 

Stephanie began her career at Trinity in 2001 and has held various positions, including job developer, program coordinator, associate network director, therapist and program director of the Trinity Counseling Center. From 2015-2019, Stephanie supervised Network I, which provides residential services to the central Joliet area.

 

Stephanie's career in social service began in 1996 and included work in substance abuse counseling, residential services, domestic violence, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

 

Stephanie’s passion centers around leadership and helping others achieve their highest potential. Her current professional interests include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), career development, and marriage and family systems research. She is especially focused on applying these models to cultivate behavioral change based on values.

 

In addition to her work at Trinity, Leigh has served as an adjunct professor at Argosy University in Schaumburg and has authored several curricula for the courses she taught. She also is past president of the Illinois Rehabilitation Association, where she still serves as an active member.

 

While working in the field, Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, master's degree in marriage and family counseling, and doctorate in counselor education training and supervision.

 

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her children, Madison, Cecelia and Alistair, and also enjoys photography and is an avid music lover.
